What happens if my outbound flight is delayed or cancelled?

If your outbound flight is delayed or cancelled, please call the supplier on the telephone number shown on the booking voucher. If you are travelling on a connecting flight, and the first sector is delayed or cancelled, subsequently causing a delay to your arrival in your final destination where the transfer is booked, then you will, in all cases, need to advise of your new details.
